How long can you go without needing a baby sitter?

What can be done to prolong being away and making the chameleon self sufficient.

You will need a friend or neighbor to stop in at least once a day if you have a dripper and mist system and twice a day if you hand mist. Where do you live? There might be a member on here close by that would pet sit for you.

Not going anywhere now(though I live in southwest suburb of Chicago), was something I was wondering.... Maybe change type of reptile. Though I have people nearing that could probably help.
