Gorgeous veiled Brad! You's is one of the biggest meaniest looking veileds on this forum. (maybe it's your avatar)
I wish I could fatten mine up a little. Kitty's got nice meat on his bones, Otto is pretty boney still, can't get him to eat worms at all.
I really like his sharp, shark fin casque. It's a real crown.

He's not perfect ....
This photo (just took it) shows the slight bend in his casque.
I think casque irregularities like this are probably pretty common.
I love his big Popeye arms and legs!

i was wondering, is it quite normal for a veiled to develop eye bags when they get older? or is it some sort of a disease?
I saw one old veiled sold at fish petstore (i dunno why he's there to begin with), and he just looked real sad with his droopy eye bag.

wow brad! he reminds me of my veiled alot. the dark colors when they are just sitting there. your guy does fire up something amazing! Mine dosent have near the yellows that yours does. more of the turquoises and greens for my veiled. you know another thing.i think my guy is really close to being as big as yours too. let me put him on a scale.
