I have a issue that i'm not sure how to take care of. Recently our female jacksons found a way to scratch her side in the cage. The problem has been fixed but now i belive the healing process is causing her to itch her wound and it is not healing the way it should and she keeps scratching the scab off and there is no way of covering the wound cause the dressings will just be scratched off. Any ideas on how to keep her from scratching?

Have you tried dabbing some Polysporin on the sore? Maybe if the ointment softens the scab so it stays supple and soothes the irritation she'll leave it alone.

yeah i have been putting Neosporin on it but she still tries to scratch it.
