Isopods in plant pots (not bioactive)

Hello! I am currently dealing with gnats and haven't found the help I need searching, so! I'll just ask.

I only have plant pots, not bioactive. Some of the plants are so grown in that I cannot remove them to repot.

Are isopods okay in plant pots in the enclosure?

Will they get out into my apartment?

What isopods/cleaners should I get for plant pots? How many?

Is there anything else I should know about this?

Other questions about options:
Are mosquito bits dangerous for my panther chameleon?

Is the water I make with mosquito bits dangerous?

Is cinnamon dangerous?

Is neem oil dangerous?

It feels like I can't just get straightforward answers so I just compiled all my worries here, haha. Thanks for the help!
