I read somewhere, I think wikipedia, that chameleons can't hear, does anyone know if this is true???

I always talk to my chams and play the stereo for them while I'm away, how dumb do I feel now.

would the vibrations from my band jamming in the basement effect my chams? or do i have to keep renting a rehersal space? its a lot of vibration....

Some chameleons are aware of vibrations...so its possible they would feel it but I can't tell you if it would bother them.

I can tell you that even though my chameleons are in a separate room, the nights when my roommates have loud parties my chams still sleep soundly in their favorite perches. And they get their full sleep colors, not the half and half colors they show when they're really awake but they just don't want to open their eyes lol.
