Is this too small?

Is this too small for a male panther or veiled chameleon? I know it might be a little on the smaller end, but I am getting a good deal. Should I just look elsewhere?

That's fine for a young one, or a maybe a female. I personally would not keep a male panther in anything less than 2'deepx2wide'x4'high (24"x24"x48")

Thanks for your opinion. I will look elsewhere probably. Are there any custom cage builders local to SoCal on here for cheap? I'd like to cut deals where I can. Not to mention I would trust the opinion of users here better.

Aw yes, don't worry. I've been considering getting one for a couple years now, and I finally have the time and budget to keep one. I am the researchy type anyways.

Still reading though, I just discovered these forums and they are twice the wealth of information of anything I read before on chams.

edit: While people are in here reading, what low maintenance safe plants do you guys recommend for a cage filler? I wanted to go with something a bit more natural.

Pothos is a good cage filler, as are uhh.. Trying to think of the name.. Ficus? The larger ones, at least.

Umbrella Plants do really well as fillers.
