ok guys i have a good lay bin for blue now. she is not laying and her stomach is getting rather large and concerning. in this case i put her in her lay box and covered it with another box with holes poked in the top of course. she hasn't been in there for more than 20 minutes and sh seems very calm in there not being puffed up at all. i put a smal plant in there with her as well. is this ok to do or is it mean because i want the best for her but i don't want to harm her.

yes i have started several little tunnels for her she just won't lay and i don't know what to do

Hmmm has she had any calcium deficencies before? Otherwise I am not honestly sure how long you should wait before trying a shot of oxytocin. I don't know if it's time to worry yet or not.
