I dont have time to fill that out right now but i will later but im using a reptisun 5.0 uvb bulb and im not sure what kind of heat bulb but im pretty sure its about 80 degres in the hottest spot. and its during the day when he is basking under the heat bulb.

I believe reptisun makes a compact bulb as well as the tube. Which are you using?

the tube, I know that the compact causes problems for their eyes, i still dont have the time to fill out the questions, its finals week and am very busy, but i gutload my crickets with fluckers and I thought it might be a vitamin A deficiency. My chameleon is still young, he is about 4 or 5 months old and about as big as my pointer finger. he is in a screen cage about 18" by 18" by 24" i believe. i mist him about three times a day and put water in his home made dripper. and i feed him everyday as well.
