Looks just fine to me. Actually very pretty. 
I thought this light of color was bad or meant something was worried....Looks just fine to me. Actually very pretty.

No, it’s normal. Chams will change their color depending on their mood. One of mine was always muddy colored. Then I took her to the vet (wellness check) and she became a beautiful, almost neon lime green. When I moved her to a larger enclosure, the muddy color went away and she’s medium green. When stressed she’ll sometimes darken, sometimes just her markings will.
