Is this normal behavior?

My male veiled has been leaning to one side while basking under his lights. Is this normal? I thought maybe now that hes full grown and much bigger the skinny branches make him lean? Should I put a platform up there for him?

It’s pretty normal for them to lean at times to better absorb heat and uvb. You should have a variety of branches of different diameters to better exercise his feet.
