Is This heat bulb fine?

Someone told me that it is a halogen bulb so it works similar to a incandescent… it says 60w but uses 43w??? Please help and tell me if it works… i also expected it to be a bit warmer..

You have to test temps... if it is not producing enough heat then you want to go up in bulb wattage. You want 80-85 degrees at basking for him.
