Hi guys I have a Cham his name is geo I recently noticed him not using his back legs they were just dangiling I did research and started Misting him a lot and switched his mister to every hour for 15 seconds. He took a big poop and had a lot of yellow in it. I backed off on feeding as well. ( I had 100 silk warms he was eating around 10 a day med size.) now is back to crickets dusted with no d3 only d3 once a week. Balding spot is at 85 89 with (with few spots to "chill". And a uvb light next to it After he pooped he seems to be using his back legs a lot more not dangiling at all but are his back legs looking swollen at all?

It could be different things such as MBD, gout, or another type of infection. He really should see an experienced reptile vet to know for sure.

Hi iv had my Cham for about 2-3 months (got him as a juvinal) from a pet store. I was feeding him silk warms for a while and now ran out. They were med lrg warms. I recently noticed him not using his back legs. They would just hang and he would uses his tail for support. He pooped a lot of yellow and a large terd hah (first yellow pee I. Seen). Now that he's back on crickets and iv been misting him and bathing him with warm watter more (in addition to switching his mister to every hour for 15seconds) he had pooped again with white see threw pee :))) but I'm just wondering how his back legs look to you guys and gals. He's been using them a lot more. But I just want to be on the safe side. His cage is set up perfect to. 85 to 90 basking spots a few levels. And a uvb light crickets dusted tith cal and 1 a week cal/d3

His back legs look like they could be a little swollen towards the feet, but nothing really stands out like I said it could be anything. If he isn't using his hind legs then it stands to reason there is something wrong. I mean he could have fallen and hurt himself for example. Just my opinion, but I think you should take him to a qualified vet. FYI he should be getting calcium with D3 only twice a month not every week. Wishing you luck
