Is this cricket "shedding" or what???

yes, thats a molting cricket. you will find those "skins" all around the keeper, kinda look like bodies but they arent.

Yes, he is. Some of our chams get especially excited when offered a white cricket or a white dubia.

yes, they molt. they are not albino crickets like this one keeper happened to mention... geez, i feel his herps are in a world of trouble...
When I saw my first newly molted dubia I had to ask on the forum if he was albino. It still amazes me that they shed body, legs, everything! And leave intact "carcasses" laying about. I have a book on feeders, but it didn't explain that in the dubia section. jimNPHX explained to me what it was.
