Is this bad? Underbite?

My ambanja's bottom lip comes out slightly further then his top lip on one side of his mouth. Its not even the whole side, it is mostly in one spot and very subtle. I had read somewhere that this could be from a vitamin or calcium deficiency. Is this true or anything I need to freak out about?

The pics are too blurry. It doesnt neccessarily have to be Calcium/vitamin deficiency, it could be the start of mouth rot, which more often than not starts in 1 place and spreads. Take him to the vet and get some meds before it progresses and causes permenant disfigurement of the jaw. Best safe than sorry.
