Is this a Sambava or Ambilobe???

Hi my name is Ron and I am fairly new to this forum only posting once so far. I just bought what I thought was a Sambava as he said it was but a friend said it looks like an Ambilobe so I am asking the experts here to please way in or anyone please way in. Here are a few pics of him fired up and not fired up.

Any help is much appreciated.

Ambilobe I say. Sambavas are green with maroonish colored bars when resting and usually yellow with red bars when fired up.

Based on the coloring of the face, and the lack of yellow and maroon coloring, you have an ambilobe.

Thanks for all your responses. That was what I was thinking that it was an Ambilobe, but hoped it was a Y patterned Sambava but the colours are not right.

My friend Edgar from Canada Chameleons came by and had a look and said for sure Ambilobe so I guess I am on the hunt for a Sambava again. Now I know what to look for and I will ask him just to double check. You guys were bang on.
