I’m confirming that it is absolutely a female without seeing the back feet.
I’m not sure about gout but she definitely has edema, MBD, a broken right rear leg, and at least 2 broken ribs. She is also almost certainly eggbound. She doesn’t have much time left if you don’t get her to a vet. Husbandry fixes are a secondary concern right now, they will not be needed at all if she doesn’t get medical attention soon.
There’s a vet right by my house but it’s closed till Monday I’ll take her on Monday unless we go to the reptile vet in Tulsa Wich is an hour or so drive.

I would do some more research and look for someone who is experienced in chameleons. Their care is much different from that of other reptiles, so just knowing reptiles isnt quite enough

Good idea! Chameleons are very specific reptiles and especially if yours is having an issue with possibly broken bones you'll want to see someone who is a specialist and familiar with their anatomy
