Is this a good mister?

I just bought 2 Habba mist systems. Does anyone know about this product?

people on here call them the habba spit. lol I have no personal exp with them. I was going to get one but was talked out of it by another member. If I were you I'd try one of em out first before I opened both boxes. It mite be ok for a starter misting sytem. I think its the nozzles that are cheap and drip. that come with the habba mist. Someone who has one can elaborate.

My personal experience with it, it's junk. Mine is sitting in the garage on a shelf. It does not spray in a fine mist and you have to mount it pretty high in the cage. It's also quite loud. For me, it was a waste of money. I bought a Mist King instead.

i bought one of these at christmas. they are noisy and dont spray a fine mist they jus squirt water out really.
with me being in the uk and the habamist havin a 2 pin plug, i bought 1 of those conveters to make it to a 3 pin, it worked for a while but the 2 pin to the 3 pin plug kept cumin lose so i cut the plug of and put a 3 pin plug and wired it up wrong way and blew it up lol its now in bits as i opened to up to see wot blew lol.

Lol thanks! What suck is I bought 2 from a reptile show 2 of them 4 $90 and now I think I am stuck with them. I wonder if zoo med would refund it? That would b great then I could get a mistking!!

habba soak - because all it does is soak everything, spitting out globs of water. It's like attaching a midget on your cage that spits on your chameleon. and nobody wants a spitting midget.

I too bought one of these systems and I would rather invest in a spitting midget.
