Is this a fungus infection?

Hi!

From the other side looks normal.

Could it be some kind of burn from the ureates being too strong?

I tried washing it away with warm water and a Q-tip, but it seems to be "burnt into the skin"

Will this go away with the next shed, or is this some kind of fungus infection that needs to be taken care of by going to the vet?

Not sure, but i would keep it clean and make visit to a herp veterinary to have him check.

try a warm water soak. might need to soak some to get it off.

it sorta looks like dried urates or dead skin.

:) Hello. I am no expert. Is that another spot farther down the tail? Is it possible he's about to shed? Keep him well hydrated and maybe shower or extra spray if it's possible shed fixing to happen. Hopefully someone more experienced will chime in soon. Keep close eye on it and note any changes.
