Is this a burn/bruise or fungal?

I just noticed this on my male panther, 5 months. Black spot under belly. My guess is that it’s a burn. My basking temp for him is 85-87. Two days ago my wife sent me picture of him upside right where the heat bulb is. Idk if he got burned then and showing up today? This is the same cham that hasn’t eaten in 11 days. I have tried everything and he refuses to eat. Drank a lot of water today.
Cage temp is 76-78 with basking 85-87.
Humidity is always 40-60 during day.

I was already concerned that won’t eat at all and now this shows up. I was already thinking to myself if doesn’t eat soon I don’t think will make it much longer. Been 11 days with absolutely nothing in stomach or bowel movements. And he’s 5 months!
Anyways, if it’s a burn what can I do? Heal on its own?

I totally forgot

It could be a burn or a bruise...hard for me to tell. With little ones, they do like to walk along the top screen so lights need to be elevated above the screen. Best course of action is a vet visit to address why he isn’t eating/how to get some nutrition into him and they can check out and treat that black area too.
