Is there a way to tell how old a male veiled Cham is?

Not exactly, but he looks like a full grown adult male to me. They can live an average of about 6-7 yrs. One member had one live 9 and one 13 yrs. That is considered old! Post some more pics of him.

Is there a way to tell how old a male veiled Cham is?

Because reptile growth patterns are dependent on so much -- temp and nutrition in particular -- they don't grow necessarily at the same rate. One hatchling may get to maturity much earlier than another. So age is less relevent than maturity.
