So to clear it up because they are the "same" but not really..

Superworms (Zophobas morio) ... beetle larva, naturally this large and have a thinner exoskeleton.

Giant Mealworms (Zophobas artratus)... also beetle larva, but they are genetically altered to grow larger (they have a thicker exoskeleton)

The regular mealworms are Tenebrio molitor

Either way, they are all ok in moderation.

Only feed superworms and mealworms as a treat, ie. once or twice per week as the chitin in their exoskeletons is very tough to digest and feeding too many can cause gastro-intestinal problems.
