I would say no....

She looks a bit thin (underfed maybe)

Filling this out might help get advice (also adding weight and body length)

there's only one way to tell really. despite what maurie said, if your little girl is startled because of the camera it could be starting to inhale to puff out. she doesn't look thin to me. but that is just my opinion, maybe others can justify that or correct.

hold a mirror up to her, or let her see her reflection. or better yet, show her a picture of a male veiled. if she stays content and seems "interested" she is receptive. I always look for the baby blue dots as a referral as well.

Though I've never had a female veiled, I read that when one is receptive she'll have blue dots all around her body. She'll look something like this https://www.chameleonforums.com/receptively-beautiful-56585/

She doesn't seem to thin, her fat pads are looking good. If you have a male, show her him and if she gapes and turns black then you know she is not receptive. Make sure you have a laying bin set up for her as well.

So them colors on that picture are very noticable then. so when i look at her right now she has a few of them blue dots on her but not like in that picture
