is she egg bound?

she is about 5 months old maybe a bit older and she is looking around at the bottom so I put her laying bin in her cage and she is just sitting in her laying bin. I covered tha cage with a sheet so she can have privacy just in case. is she egg bound?

update: she is climbing all over the cage and acting very strange. she had stripes for a second and they were gone after but right now she is running around the cage. she usually stays in one place towards the back too of the cage.

She might have eggs but if she's that active he's probably not egg bound. Just keep the laying bin in and be prepared.

She is not egg bound if she is pacing up n down the cage,time to break out the laying bin n give the girl some privacy to lay some white nuggets.

My female started climbing the walls of her cage but she wasn't egg bound, she just wanted out! If yours is still pretty big and restless, I'd take jannb and alphakenc's advice and have a layin bin ready. She may be gravid. Have everything ready for her just in case.....
