Is my panther Cham ok

I've only had him a few months and been told he is 3 years old, however I've never had a Cham before but keep other reptiles, he was not being looked after properly by my friend so I said I would have him, she had him in a mesh screen but could not keep the tempertures up so she bought a wooden cage for him and temps are much better.

So my main concern is he is not very active is this normal for an adult male, since the cold weather has come he is not eating much, but still pooping. But this morning when I got up he was on his branch where he slept all night but he looked like he was falling off and then stopping himself and then again the same, his branch is thick so do not need to grip it with his feet. I got him out and he felt very stiff around his body like he was holding in his stomach and looked wrinkley, he is normally a chubby belly and nice and smooth, he colours were still bright and not dark, I put him back and he seemed to walk wobbly and go to fall off branch, I have since have him some waxworms by hand and he seems fine, I'm wondering if the temp is getting too cold at night for him, or is the start of MBD he catches his food well and his legs look fine.
3 years old, panther blue bar, handled every day and likes to go on vines in room to look out window
Plain calcium every feed and reptivite 2 month.
Morio's worms and wax worms, seems to have gone off locust since cold weather has come he eats every other day. Gutload with veg and bug burger, bee pollen, bug grub and plain oats.
Spray 2/3 times a day and water from tap every day (this is how the previous owner did it and he won't take it from a dripper, so only way to get good amount of water not him)
Poo brown with clear mucus and white urine with little orange.
Very friendly not aggressive at all, likes being handled.
Catches his food well and focus on food good.
Wooden 3ft, 2ft, 2ft cage, lots of branches and vines all around top, middle and bottom, uv bulb lights up whole top, use a reptisun 5.0 uv tube, left on 11 hours at the moment as it gets dark at 5pm now. Komodo red 24 hour 50w bulb. Basking temp 90/92 ambient 80/82 and bottom 75. Not sure of night time temp at the moment but think its 75.
Humidity 50/60. Only fake plants as locust ate pothos plant and he has never had live plants previous to me.
Leave red bulb on all night but uv light goes off, also have a heat mat at back of cage near the bottom to keep the temp up.cage is head height in room away from doors and draughts and seems ok with noise, does not hide away, sits near the front and watches us.

Also, leaving the red bulb on at night might be causing him to not get adequate sleep. They need the dark, any kind of light will disrupt sleep.
