Is my meller fat?

When I got my meller he weighed 241 grams. Now 3 to 4 months later it's over 366 grams. Im wondering to if it's alright to get him/her a freind since I been reading that mellers do better in groups.

I wouldnt do it unless your mellers are free ranged and even then you have to be careful

My adult melleri are usually around the 500 gram mark (or more) so that weight is fine. Yes, space is always the issue with these guys. Before you get another one, make sure you have LOTS of space. Even though they do well in groups, they still like to have their space.
