Welcome to the forum rooman!
You've got my favorite type of chams.
Often they will eat less or skip a day or two of food when shedding but all we can do is to guess without any pictures or a lot more information.
That's why people get asked to cut and paste the questions in the how to ask for help link here:https://www.chameleonforums.com/how-ask-help-66/
and add your answers to all of the questions.
It's a pain to do it but it really does help people to give you reliable answers.
It could be some unshed skin. Misting him a bit extra might help it to drop off.
I can't see much of his enclosure, but I hope he has a lot of plants to hide in and so he can drink water from their leaves and have enough humidity in his air to help him avoid dehydration.
Is he new to you or have you had him for a while?
i had him sunday his enclosure has three big live plants plus loads of fake ones.his temp is 79 and humidity is 68.that patch was'nt there yesterday only noticed it earlier
