is my cham too fat?

my cham looks rather fat. anything to be worried about? (is he smiling in the 2nd picture? haha)

I can't really tell since he is in his basking/mad "mood". Under the chin is puffed up and when that happens the body gets larger at that exact moment. So how often do you feed him and how old is he?

Looks a little skinny imo lines in the tail and a thin casque. Or perhaps needs a bit more water. Are the urates nice and white?
