Is My Cham Getting Tubby?

He used to be super skinny, cause of his previous owner not caring for him correctly. I've been giving him a steady diet of protein, veggies and fruits. I am worried he might be starting to look a little fat? His little belly lays on the branch at night, and am worried he is gaining too much weight! Any thoughts? I'll post a picture for reference. Thanks!

Ok, I'm not an expert but I can promise you he does not look "fluffy" to me at all. I have noticed that these guys can appear to have a deflated belly on an object they are resting upon if they are sleeping/very relaxed/comfortable. Also when is the last time he pooped? they tend to appear a bit fuller before this happens
