My baby panther cham is 3 months old and a few inches long my cage is 2x2x4, do you guys think I should get a smaller one and put him in the one i have now when he gets bigger?

What harm could it do by keeping him in this big cage?

here's a vid of what it looks like

as long as your baby isnt having a huge trouble finding his food
wowowowoow your cage is huge i would probly get a 16x16x30 inch cage i would just build it

If you can get a smaller cage, you might want to do that. Another plan is to make sure some feeders are in a cup so he's not completely dependent on his ability to find them.

The cage itself is huge, but with the amount of stuff towards the top, the amount of usable space he's going to live with and utilize is much less, without counting when he'll occasionally scale the sides of the cage. I actually think it'll be fine. Keep and eye on him eating just in case, and if you see he's not getting much foo then consider cup feeding or moving him to something smaller.

However, I've always noticed that my crickets end up at the top of the cage near the heat lights anyway, they don't really ever hide out of sight for days like the dubias do. So I still think he has chanced during the day to pick them off.

Agreed - the crickets in my enclosure ALWAYS go to the top of the cage where the most heat it.
