Is leek bad for my chameleon?

Hi, I was just wondering is leek bad for my chameleon? I put some in the viv the other day for the locusts and he seems to really like it.

Leek is okay but I would not use it frequently (for the feeders nor directly for the chameleon). While it has a good calcium to phosphorous ratio, it is also fairly high in Oxalic Acid, making that calcium less bioavailable.
