Here in Maryland, the weather has been very strange!
One day, it's in the 60's, next day, temp drops, and it snows!!

So today, I am taking advantage of the 'partly sunny' day and put Noogie
outside for the first time of the season.

It's still a little to cool for my veiled and panther, but it's just fine for a jax :D

I have several 'outside for sun' small Reptibreeze cages which I got used and
cheap from eBay.
The problem is getting them out and back into their indoor cages, they don't
want any part of that idea ;)

I don't think its bad for veileds.

Kink is outside right now.

As long a they can get direct sun, it should be ok.

And now kokie is too. ;)

Yeah, I thought it was only 60F, but checked again, and it was 70F!!
So, your right, I could have put Smeagie and Smidget out too.

Tonight, it's supposed to snow again, all night and into the next day!!

I am so SICK of this weather!! and it's SUPPOSED to be spring!!

Now I understand why people go to FL to retire

Yesterday... And today... From the 80s to the 30s with snow in 24 hours. I hate spring in the Midwest :(

I am originally from Chicago. I did not know there was a "spring"! Lol

It turns out that there are these two interim seasons were the weather is consistently nice and flowers bloom. In their native tongue, they are called "spring" (spreeng) and "fall" (fahl). I had the pleasure of experiencing this phenomenon for the first time when I was living in NY. Being a native Midwesterner, I was accustomed to the more traditional seasonal variations of "Ridiculously freaking cold" and "Sweating your butt off". In Chicago, you also have a regional third season called "Windy".

I know really. The weather in PA is the same. Sun in the high 50's to the teen and sleeting
Sooooo ready for spring.
Hey anyone have any ideas for outside when it warms up. I have a used multi-tiered kitten cage that i am thinking of retro-fitting and using as an outside cage for my chams.
It has 3 separate doors and 3 separate levels. So as long as I segregate the areas so they can't see or be with each other, they should be OK. Has anyone else tried this?
