in general its not recommended.. a too high in protein diet can lead to gout... (same reason to never gutload your crix with dog food)

Perhaps just once in a great while, a pinky would be ok.

some feed anoles too, im not sure of the fat & protein contents compared to a pinky or fuzzy

thats very true, its not common at all to get c.b anoles, for if a place can absolutely guarantee, or if you order feeder lizards, i would deff choose a small anole over mouse
