Is it normal for a cham to loose it's apatite whilst shedding?

Kiki my female veiled chameleon has started shedding and usually, she eats A LOT but since she has started shedding, she hardly eats. Is this normal for chameleons to do?

Yes, for many they will not eat much. It is not their favorite time . Often they will be a bit grumpy and anti-social (unless this is normal behavior already ).

I have 2 female Panthers that the only reason you know they are shedding is seeing it happening. My other female and my male both barely eat and mostly hide when they are shedding. Seems to be a very individual thing.
