Is he just super relaxed, or could he be sick?

So, my lil man is super active most of the day, but sometimes he’ll just chill on this branch and barely use his feet to hold on to it? I brought him to the vet a couple of weeks ago, and they just told me that I needed to feed him more! He’s a year old panther cham, and he hasn’t had any medical history, I think he’s just relaxing at the moment? If I were to handle him, he would be active for sure
