Hey guys i have a male veiled chameleon for 4 days. (2-3 months old) He is doing well. He eats but im not sure that he is drinking :/ How can i be sure? (I mist 3 times a day) Thanks for any answer :)

If his urate is white, then he is drinking.

I have rarely seen any of my chams drinking, it's not an unusual thing to not see it.

The helmet being full does not always equal a hydrated cham, it normally means a well fed cham.

If the eyes are sunken in, thats a sign of dehydration.

I would mist him about 4-6 times a day just to give him ample opportunities to drink.

I mist my guys every 2 hours and i know they are all hydrated.

I've never seen Ripley lick the leaves, but she drinks if i gently mist her directly. The key word is 'gently', otherwise she'd run and hide. Rupert drinks like 10 times a day, it's his 2nd favorite thing to do after staring at his food:D
Also silkworms are good for hydration.

Give him some time to adjust, he will poo when he wants to. Or perhaps he already had, it just got stuck to some leaves?

Just get a dripper set up on the viv and let it go. That way they can drink on their own time. A lot of chams are very skittish when it comes to drinking and prefer privacy.
