Is aquazamp still in business

I placed an order 10 days ago and it is still processing, the phone number doesn't work and the owner hasn't responded to my enquiry. I am wondering if these guys are still around
 
Yes they are! the owner has been having health problems from what I hear. Shoot him an email say that you heard he was sick and just wondering when you could expect the shipment. I ordered a second dome a month or so ago for my chams 1st birthday and after I e-mailed him after seeing the order have no change for a few weeks and shortly after the email the order was sent, he never responded but the order was shipped out, and received before my chams birthday so he had it right on time, good luck, if all else fails contest it on paypal and that will light a fire under their butts for sure

I think they are functionally out of business. I contacted paypal, aquazamp didn't respond to them for a week or so, so I contested it, still no response so paypal gave me my money back. While that was in process I got the rival brand delivered from Joshes frogs, it came 2 days after I ordered it
 
I can't speak for - or against - Aquazamp, but I won't hesitate to give Marty at MistKing a plug. He was extremely easy to work with and was answering my emails/questions at 10 p.m. on a weekend night.

That's sad to hear. They had some good ideas.
 
I just put in my claim to PayPal yesterday. It's been over 2 weeks with no word and numerous unanswered emails. It's a shame too because people really seem to like the products. Luckily we have MistKing with superb products and customer service.
 
Wow I hoping someone would have heard from him by now. It really is sad, especially when people are waiting for their order. Very unprofessional to leave people in the dark like that.
