is 2 uv lights too much?

So I've been putting together an enclosure and getting things ready before purchasing my panther. I just got in touch with Todd from light your reptiles about lighting. He suggested the dual T5 with a 6% and a 12% my question is would that be too much? Enclosure is just about 24x24x48, My top screening is 1/4 inch for better penetration. I do intend to have it heavily planted eventually don't know how heavily when I first get it started. Bought plants today picked up a schefflera amate (guessing about 36 inches), schefflera arboricola, a small ficus (6inch pot) will attach a picture.

Also have a pothos at home already. And I plan on picking up some air plants and a brom. And possibly if there's room after all that maybe a wandering jew hanging from the top with the pothos.

I don't know if I'd go with both of those bulbs with the larger spaced screen. Personally I would go with the 6% and a 6500k for some brightness.

That is gonna be one densely planted cage especially once things grow in.

I'm wondering if he meant a 6% or a 12%. I would use a 6% and either a 6500k or a plant pro. I have a veiled in a pretty densely planted enclosure and I use a 6% Arcadia.

Make sure you add plenty of vines along with those plants. Your chameleon will likely be too heavy for some of those branches and the vines will give him a place to cruise as well as support the plants! ;)

ohh yes for sure there will be branches. I know the picture isn't the best to show what I have as things come along I will get pics of everything. Have alot of branches I went and picked out of a huge park by me that will be cleaned and put in. Hoping to get a younger one so weight wont be an issue at the beginning and that plants can grow and be stronger for him as well. appreciate the feedback.

To be exact he said: "go with 12% in one fixture and the 6% in the other.... and use plexiglass shades that come with the light to create UV shaded areas"" I thought it was too much so brought it to the attention of others on here. Initially I first thought 12% but than the 1/4" screen at the top made me reconsider the 6% with a 6500. regardless I want a dual fixture.
