Irie is digging

So yesterday morning Irie starting digging a test hole. After about an hour so she came out, then started on another one. She worked on that one for the rest of the day. Now she hasn't come out of it I can see all the way in but it hasn't collapsed. So should I be worried or trying to check on her. I've been keeping cage covered so I don't disturb her. I know it can take a while to lay but I didn't know if she'd spend the night in the hole.

As along as you can see down a bit and that the tunnel didn't collapse she should be fine. I would let her alone and give her privacy as you stated you are. She might spend the night in the hole if she isn't finished. If you know she is still down there I would place a dim light in the room so if she wants to continue to lay/dig/bury through the night she will be able to.

Ok thanks I was just worried about her. This is my first go at breeding and wanna get as much of it as right as I can. She's in there for sure and the hole looks to be holding up. Thanks again
