Introducing Supers

Alright today im getting BJ PENN my 3-4 month veild some supers. How to i go by introducing them to him? Just put into feeder cup and leave me alone?
I just dont want to freak him out.....ThanKz

i like to let the supers crawl on the screen, my chams seem to be a little more interested in them that way..cups work to..

I put them on the screen as well...they seen to like them better that way. Make shure to gutload them well

Well this morning i let loose one super on the screen, and he pretty much rain away. He wanted nothing to do with it. So do i just give him his normal serving of cricket 2day or just give him supers 4 the day untill he eats them??

Have you ever hand fed? That is how I introduced supers to my chams. They love them! They will eat the worm from the cup before eating the crickets.

Most chams will hunt down the supers as they are a great treat. How big is your 3 to 4 month veiled. If he is on the smaller side, it is possible the size of the superworm scared him. If he is of normal size for his age, he should be able to handle supers without any problems.
If he is scared of them, you can leave one crawling around on the side of the cage for a while and watch him. If he is hungry, he will eat it.
