Introducing myself

Hello. I'm Molly and I stumbled across this forum while trying to learn everything I can before I get my chameleon. After much discussion with my husband and going back and forth a few times, I decided on a male veiled chameleon. I will be getting him most likely mid-September. This will be my first chameleon and I am very excited/nervous. I hope I don't drive any of you crazy with all the questions I'm sure to have in the first month or two after he comes! haha Anyway..glad to have found this forum and excited to learn more and meet everyone!

Hi Molly and welcome to the forums. This is a great place to learn about chameleons. I have a male veiled named Luie. He is the sweetest boy with tons of personality. Thanks! Yeah, I think I've decided on tikitikireptiles, but am always open to suggestions. I will most likely be getting a cage and set up from the same place I get the chameleon. I like that they give live plants with the cage and set up. Plus I like knowing sort of what my chameleon will look like when he's full grown. I still don't know, though. Right now all the supplies and things have me feeling a bit overwhelmed!

Welcome Molly! You're doing the right thing by being on here and doing your research before getting your cham. I also have a male veiled, and he seems to think I'm the most evil thing he can imagine Best of luck, and never be afraid to ask questions on here - that's why we are on here, to help new people to the hobby!
