Introducing and keeping new feeders

Hello, I’m about to start introducing my 2.5 month old veild some new feeders. However my supplier is about 45 minutes away and besides crickets she supplies:

Black soldier fly larvae -125
Supersorms -50
Hornworms -6
Waxworms- 50
Silkworms -6
Mealworms - 100
Butterworms - 20

Although prices are very good, I only get a delivery every two weeks. Just curious which of these are are good feeder options for my young Cham, and how do I keep them alive? The numbers are minimum quantities.

Each is different but all the info you need is here. All you have to do is spend a little time with that search bar in the top right of your screen.

thank you, read this about 45 minutes ago and have been searching ever since. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong spot, but I can't seem to find anything on housing these insects.

I was also curious if bsfl, horworms, silkworms etc would escape a feeder cup?
