Interspecies Jousting?

Most of my chams are free rangers. If they're small I generally keep them in large condos but sometimes I let out the smaller ones for a few hours and keep an eye on them to make sure they don't get into trouble.

Well, I went to get a cup of coffee and when I came back two of my smaller chams, Bobby Fisher and Tito Jackson were checking each other out.

I thought it was cute so I started snapping some photos when both went into full battle mode! With one great head butt Bobby Fischer sent the larger Tito Jackson flying in the air.

Thankfully, nobody was hurt and I won't let those two boys free range together again!

See pics attached.

Anyone ever heard or seen anything like this between different species?

Males are males are males. They will do all sorts of things sometimes. I once found my veiled (who escaped from his cage somehow) right as he started mounting my male panther (who was free ranging.) As I tried to get to them, my panther who is normally very laid back, started to turn red. This made the veiled very, very mad and he bit my panther before I could separate them. All was fine and there was only a very small bruise on the panther. I think they both had bruised egos though!
