Flapneck is an easy call...it isn't.

Trace Captain Awesome Feb 18, 2014 #5 Yes that's a female Senegal Chameleon. While Senegals are fairly delicate in stature, that particular one is under weight and malnourished and will require some work and maybe some veterinary attention to get her healthy again.
