Info on my 1st time bug salad

Hi guys
So I have been reading the forums trying to get an idea on what to gut load my crickets
I went to the fridge and cupboard and found a few items I used

One potato 4 carrots strawberries mangos and lettuce and flukes cricket feed
stuck all in the ninja and possessed them to almost a paste and stuck it in the fridge

Please let me know if this is ok to feed my crickets or did I need to use diffrent items

Flukers is quite low quality stuff. For high quality commercial gutload try Cricket Crack or Repashy Bug Burger.
You don't need to do it all at once, rotate every week with a few things if you like.........
