Anyone have a break down of walking stick macro nutrients? aka dubia high in protein, meal worms high in fat, butter worm high in calcium.

I have not seen any study breakdowns on walking sticks, but walking sticks would be a good variety feeder, and are a food item in the wild.

I didn't notice the nutritional value, but apparently they're very good for chams.

I once had a handful that a member gave me and the boys went nuts for them!
