Without knowing why you need to know our answers could be very different. Chams lose their appetite for many reasons; most often because their setup isn't correct. Reasons include age, reproductive state (gravid, searching for a mate, etc), too cold, too hot, dehydrated, stressed by something near their cage, handled too much, side effects of medications, sickness, malnutrition, all sorts of reasons.

Agreed with above. It would also just be a picky eater. Try silk worms or hornworms and they'll probably eat more

that said, you might find Reptaid of interest. Several forum members have reported improved appetite, better shedding, etc
