In your opinion Question

Hello everyone!!, I like to jump the gun a little so its time in my opinion after after about 5 months to change my UVB lighting, currently i have a Repti Sun 5.0 strip, 36" , i was wondering, with all the posts on lighting, should i get the same thing or is there a another UVB light that is better... in my research and opinion the Repti Sun has the best reviews, and has worked excellent, but i figured i would ask.

UV bulb should be changed every 6months.

I use a Reptisun 5.0 tube and most people on here seem to be using the same thing as you say.

I would just stick with what you already know is the best for your cham.

In this case a Reptisun 5.0

Only thing you may want to do is get a longer one should you get a bigger enclosure. This will maximise exposure to much needed UV rays

I agree, I use reptisun and repti glo and the reptisun lasts a lil longer

Personally I always use the Reptisun! It seems, at least on this forums, that Reptisun and Reptiglo's are the top two choices. The majority usually go for the Reptisun from what I can tell.

dido, reptisun 1st and reptiglow 2, donsent make much difference to me tho, esp at 6 months, the reptisun seems to last more like 8
