In need of new plant, advice?

I have a croton plant but it seems like the dripper just produces too much water. Not for the chameleon, but for the plant. The plant is dying. It will last quite a bit longer, but I definitely am in need of a replacement plant for the 18x18x36 inch screen enclosure I have. What kind of plant would be best for this, all of that water, and my Jackson Chameleon?

from my understanding croton have some sort of toxicity. may not be the plant itself, I belive with better drainage for the plant may decrease the risk of the plant dying from over watering. I suggest getting another plant other the croton but may not be too late to salvage it. Experienced the same thing with my baby tears and didnt let water drip into it and its recovering.

Good replacement plants consist of pothos, schefflera (umbrella plant), ficus, hibiscus and many others
