I have little to zero info on if Chams bred in Europe can be legally imported to the U.S.A

Anybody have that info and if so, could you take the time to enlighten me.

Yes they can, but like Carlton said they need CITES paperwork. A group of us just imported approximately 25 Bradypodion to the US

If they went there illegally then they wont have proper documents. They can however have paid for documents from sketchy authorities:eek:

If the parents came in legally they will still need papers stating that the parents were legal. If they came in legal but the person doesnt have the documents stating that then its a no go.

Ive imported before but I dont have the patience to answer 80 thousand questions anymore. Its happened quite a few times. Its not hard at all. Here is the site that can answer your questions. http://www.fws.gov/ My suggestion is to contact the FWS officer at the airport you would be receiving the shipment at. They are more friendly and answer questions a lot better than the idiots in the office in New York.
