Impaction help

Hi everyone, long time reader but first time poster!
A little help would be appreciated.
My boy Sheba had been impacted for a few weeks, had only one small bowel movement for about two weeks. I gave him a warm bath and he had a huge movement with a white/orange urate. I've been misting him more than usual, and I'm hoping this orange colour was down to the Impaction but I'm worried there could be something more. I have been using a substrate which, after this episode I will probably be removing.
Anyway, I just wondered if there was anything else I needed to do after this. His temperatures and humidity are always within range and he eats well, grasshoppers and salad.
Can anyone give me any pointers on him not getting impacted again?!
Thanks in advance.

Apologies

Apologies, please allow me to elaborate!
He's a one year old veiled chameleon, gets handled around 3 times a week for a good amount of time. He eats around 4-6 grasshoppers a day along with leaves, veg etc. I use a supplement called 'komodo chameleon dusting powder' most days. Before this his waste was always good (well, as good as waste gets I suppose!) and has never had any other medical problems.
He's in an exo-terra large vivarim with basking area and uv bulb. All plastic plants I'm afraid, but regular misting. He's in my living room in southport, England.
Hope this gives you a better idea of how I'm caring for him!
